Our team at The Quarters is here to help the well dress take good care of their shoes, making them look beautiful and fresh again. Every pair of shoe is handled and treated with care using only Saphir products.
We are shoes enthusiasts whom love receiving and taking care of beautiful Goodyear Welted and Handwelted shoes from our customers. You may entrust your shoes with us to have them restored and shined the true Artisanal way using the Traditional Japanese technique.
Below are the various signature services and packages by our team at The Quarters:
CLASSIC SHINE SERVICE (SOFT SHINE FINISH)::
- Shoes are gently brushed and cleaned, removing all surface dirt and dust
- Leather is then gently cleaned and nourished with Saphir Renovateur, a water-based leather conditioner
- Next, colour of the shoes is restored with Saphir Pommadier Cream Polish in the same shade as shoes
- A thin layer of Saphir Pate de Luxe Wax Polish is applied to provide a protection layer and finishing touch to the shoes
- Finally, shoes are buffed to a beautiful classic shine
- Recommended for customers whom like their shoes with a soft classic shine
THE QUARTERS STRIP & SHINE SERVICE (HIGH SHINE FINISH)::
- Shoes brushed and deeply cleansed with Saphir Cleaning Lotion / Renomat, removing all surface dirt, dust and accumulated wax and polishes
- Leather is then nourished and moisturised with Saphir Renovateur, a water-based leather conditioner
- Next, colour of the shoes is restored with Saphir Pommadier Cream Polish in the same shade as shoes
- Shoes protected and polished with Saphir Pate Luxe Wax Polish
- Finally, toecaps and heels of shoes are built with 30 layers of wax and finished with our signature mirror shine
- Recommended for customers whom have not conditioned their shoes for a prolonged period. This would restore and condition the shoes with our signature artisanal mirror shine on the toecap and heel.
Turnaround time for our shoe shine services is 2 - 3 days. Customers will be contacted by our team upon receiving new orders for our shoe shine service. Pick up and Drop off will be arranged with the customers at one of the following locations:
